These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TechnoVama’s Website and Software, located at www.technovama.com.

By accessing this website and using our software sold at technovama.com or any marketplace site where TechnoVama is registered as a seller, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TechnoVama’s website and software if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TechnoVama be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. If your use of materials from the company results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

TechnoVama accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue or missed profits.

License to Use

Our plugins are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0. We strongly discourage you to offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

The license key ensures updates from the site the purchase was made. If you do not activate the license, the plugin will work fine. Even if you have cancelled the subscription.

Each product sold by TechnoVama includes 365 days of support and update validity. This date is calculated from the minute the order has been marked as complete. If you do not have a valid license, you will not be able to download any of your purchased products.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by TechnoVama at any time. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Support

TechnoVama provides support for your active subscriptions in the best way we can. We mainly do this via e-mail and might occasionally use different channels. You can reach us at info@technovama.com. Support is provided 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.

We may cancel or limit our service to you in case:

  • the website(s) in question contain(s) explicit or offensive content;

  • you or your staff does not behave in a civil manner towards TechnoVama personnel;

  • you repeatedly make demands that are unreasonable or clearly outside the scope of the contract.

If this is the case, you will receive a written statement with the reason why we limited or suspended our services to you. 

Warranty

Our plugins are guaranteed to work on a clean installation of WordPress & WooCommerce. We do no guarantee they will function smoothly with 3rd party plugins.

We are not responsible for any 3rd party plugin conflicts that may occur. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to such a conflict.

We will try to provide compatibility conflict support to the best of our abilities. However, the choice to provide such support will be at the discretion of TechnoVama.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products and customizations done are property of TechnoVama. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Price Changes

TechnoVama reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a plugin with or without notice. Prices of all plugins are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

TechnoVama reserves the right to discontinue any of it’s plugins or services. A notification of 45 days will be provided on the website before services are discontinued.
